Brioche French Toast Casserole

Melt butter and brown sugar together and pour into the bottom of a baking dish.

Mix the cream cheese, maple syrup, eggs, milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl.

Tear the brioche bread into small pieces and place 1/3 of it into the casserole dish.

 Pour 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture over the bread.

Add a layer of cinnamon sugar over the bread. 1. Repeat with 2 more sets of layers!

Bake and let cool.
