Mix wet ingredients together in a medium bowl, then mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the creamy liquid ingredients into dry ingredients
and combine.
Add chocolate chips and mix. Next, chill the dough. Then form cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add marshmallows
and bake.
