Chocolate Strawberry Upside Down Cupcakes
Full Recipe
Add strawberries, milk, & sugar to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Mix liquid ingredients.
Add mixed dry ingredients.
Mix cake batter and pour into cupcake tin. Bake!
Cut chocolate into tiny pieces.
Pour warm heavy cream over chocolate. Stir slowly.
Make smooth ganache!
Spoon ganache over each upside down cupcake.
Add toppings and let set!
