Christmas Chocolate Truffles

Heat heavy cream and butter until hot, then add chocolate and stir until melted. Then chill.

Roll the chilled mixture into balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

 Melt chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring every 15 seconds until melted.

Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate, top with sprinkles or flaky salt, then freeze.
