Red Velvet  Oreo Cheesecake

Bake the crust.

Beat the cheesecake filling ingredients together. Pour into the pre-baked and cooled crust.

Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour, then at room temperature for another 1-2 hours.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before removing the cheesecake from the springform pan.

Add toppings.
