Snickerdoodle Cake  Recipe

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then set aside.

Beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar, mixing just until combined.

Layer the cake batter and cinnamon sugar in an 8×8″ baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 32-35 minutes.

While the cake cools, mix the cream cheese ingredients together.

Drizzle over the cooled cake, cut into slices, and enjoy!
