Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 Tablespoon raw sugar or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Add the matcha powder to a coffee mug.
  • Pour in the hot water and whisk until the matcha is frothy and well blended.
  • Mix in the sugar and vanilla.
  • Warm and froth the milk, then pour into the matcha and mix or whisk. Enjoy!

Notes

To get the very best matcha latte, it's best to use a bamboo whisk. This is a great way to ensure that there aren't any clumps in your latte. However, you can also use a handheld electric whisk
