Mint Lemonade Recipe (Easy + Refreshing)

There's nothing like a refreshing, cold lemonade on a hot summer day! Especially when it's this delicious Mint Lemonade, made with real lemons, granulated sugar, and fresh mint in about 10 minutes or less. This recipe is a classic and makes a big pitcher for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 6 medium lemons, juiced
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes or more

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sugar and hot water together in a large pitcher, then let cool for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Add in 1 cup of the ice.
  • Juice the lemons into the pitcher and mix until combined.
  • Add in the cold water.
  • Fill the glasses with remaining ice (and more, if desired) and set aside.
  • Muddle the mint in a muddling glass.
  • Place half of the mint in the pitcher and the remaining mint in each glass.
  • Pour the lemonade into each glass and stir.
  • Enjoy!
