Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad

  • 2 medium apples, cubed
  • 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and pulled apart
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, cut into halves
  • 3 kiwis, cubed
  • 2 medium pears, cubed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils

Cinnamon Glaze

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granola or chopped walnuts optional
  • fresh thyme optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix the fruit together in a large mixing bowl or serving bowl.
  • Whisk together the orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon for the glaze.
  • Pour the glaze over the fruit and toss until evenly combined.
  • When ready to serve, top with granola, chopped walnuts, and/or fresh thyme!

Notes

Add any other toppings you like, such as marshmallow whip, whipped cream, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, or a caramel drizzle. While this fall fruit salad is best served fresh, it can also be stored for up to 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator!
