Mix the fruit together in a large mixing bowl or serving bowl.
Whisk together the orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon for the glaze.
Pour the glaze over the fruit and toss until evenly combined.
When ready to serve, top with granola, chopped walnuts, and/or fresh thyme!
