graham crackers, cut into halves
24 squares

dark chocolate chips

teaspoons
coconut oil
pinch
flaky sea salt
or any other toppings - sprinkles, walnuts, drizzle white chocolate
Instructions
Break the graham crackers into squares (if necessary) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes (or just until melted), stirring every 15-20 seconds.
Dip each graham cracker square into the chocolate, coating all sides.
Set each square on the baking sheet and immediately add any toppings.
Place the graham crackers in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Serve or store in the refrigerator for later!
Notes
Tip: These can also be set at room temperature, but it takes much longer (about 1 hour). So we recommend setting them in the freezer or fridge!
