Ingredients
  

  • 12 graham crackers, cut into halves 24 squares
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • pinch flaky sea salt or any other toppings - sprinkles, walnuts, drizzle white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Break the graham crackers into squares (if necessary) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes (or just until melted), stirring every 15-20 seconds.
  • Dip each graham cracker square into the chocolate, coating all sides.
  • Set each square on the baking sheet and immediately add any toppings.
  • Place the graham crackers in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve or store in the refrigerator for later!

Notes

Tip: These can also be set at room temperature, but it takes much longer (about 1 hour). So we recommend setting them in the freezer or fridge!
