Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 6 medium waffles lightly toasted and quartered
  • 18-20 mini pancakes silver dollar size, warmed
  • 6 mini bagels, halved
  • 8 egg bites
  • 6 medium sausage links sliced
  • 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 medium oranges quartered
  • fresh flowers food safe, optional

Instructions

  • Start by placing the board exactly where you will serve it.
  • Place the maple syrup and whipped cream cheese in separate, small bowls and add to the center of the board.
  • Lightly toast and quarter the waffles, heat up the mini pancakes and slice the mini bagels. Add around the outside of the bowls on the board.
  • Heat up the egg bites and sausage links, then slice the sausage links into small pieces. Place around the bowls on the board as well.
  • Slice strawberries, then add strawberries, blueberries, and orange slices to fill in the rest of the board. I like adding half of the fruit and then filling in the gaps with more fruit.
  • Lastly, fill in any gaps or edges with food-safe flowers and add serving spoons and cocktail picks for serving.
