Ingredients
  

Apple Simple Syrup (Makes 4 Servings)

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 medium apple cut into slices

Martini

  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces apple simple syrup
  • 1/2 Tablespoon caramel

Instructions
 

  • Add the simple syrup ingredients into a small saucepan and heat on medium-low heat.
  • Stir and simmer the syrup for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it cool completely.
  • Strain the syrup and store in an airtight jar.
  • Add the vodka, apple simple syrup, and caramel into a cocktail shaker with 3-4 ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously, and pour into a martini glass.
  • Garnish with thin apple slices and a drizzle of caramel.

Notes

Store any leftover syrup in an airtight syrup bottle in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. Shake or stir it well before using it.
