Ingredients
  

Cocktail

  • 2 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce espresso
  • 1-2 drops peppermint extract about 1/8 teaspoon
  • 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup

Garnish

  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed peppermints

Instructions
 

  • Line the rim of a glass with chocolate sauce and crushed peppermints.
  • Add the martini ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with 5-6 ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and pour into the prepared glass.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Make a batch of 4:
  • 1 cup coffee liqueur
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup espresso
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
