How to Make Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

All you need is a large mixing bowl and a couple of baking sheets to make these easy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies! Here’s how to put this recipe together:

  1. Whisk the wet ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and chill the dough in the fridge, if you have time, for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Scoop the dough into balls and place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter lightly melted
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • flaky salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
