- Crumbled Graham Crackers – Bigger pieces of crumbled graham crackers taste best (vs. graham cracker crumbs) to help keep their crunchy texture in the blizzards!
- Milk – Optional, to soften the blizzard. Add as a last ingredient and adjust to taste, if desired!

- Whipped Cream

How to Make a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard
There are two ways to make this recipe: all blended together, or in layers. Here’s how to approach each method:
1. Blended Method
Place the vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then mix in crumbled graham crackers. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
2. Layered Method
