- Heat the heavy cream and butter on the stovetop or in the microwave until hot, but not boiling.
- Add in the chocolate and quickly stir until it melts.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Roll the mixture into balls, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a small mixing bowl in the microwave, mixing every 15 seconds until melted.
- Coat each truffle in the melted chocolate, then place on the baking sheet and top with sprinkles and/or flaky salt.
